Style "C" Necklace
Complete with 27 inch chain

Tag description:

All tags are available in Solid Surgical Stainless Steel, Solid Sterling Silver, or 14k Gold-filled. They are available with or without the medical symbol embedded in the tag.
The Style C is our largest necklace tag; it can be worn by men and women. From the top "point" to the bottom it measures 1 1/4 inches; the widest side to side measurement is 1 5/8 inch.
Stainless Steel and Gold-filled necklaces come with a 27 inch chain that slides over the head. Silver necklaces comes with a 24 inch chain.

Engraving information: for this tag, typically the person's name, address, and emergency phone number are on the front. The back side will have the medical conditions.
