Tag description:

All tags are available in Solid Surgical Stainless Steel, Solid Sterling Silver, or 14k Gold-filled. They are available with or without the medical symbol embedded in the tag.
The Style D is our round necklace tag; it can be worn by men, women, and children. The tag is about the size of a US quarter, 1 inch in diameter.
Stainless Steel and Gold-filled necklaces come with a 27 inch chain that slides over the head. Silver necklaces have a 24 inch chain.
Engraving information: tag front has person's name and an emergency phone number, while tag back has medical conditions.
